EMP Supports opened its doors in July 2021, with a mission to provide only the best support services for NDIS clients, focused on promoting choice & control.
The company started out as just one employee, CEO & Founder Emily Perkins, and is now extremely proud of it’s rapid growth. EMP has now expanded to a team of fourteen ambitious, caring and professional staff members.
Through a wealth of experience, knowledge, communication & care, we feel we are the number one choice for disability support for a wide range of clients.

Daily Living Assistance
Frequently utilized by most of our clients, this service has been essential to our client’s success and ability to reach their goals.
EMP’s assistance with daily living tasks means we can provide support for your regular personal activities and supervision of personal daily tasks. Our current clients have sought our support for the following (but not limited to) day to day tasks like: meal preparation & cooking, pet care, medication assistance, domestic support including cleaning, gardening, shopping & attending personal appointments.
We understand how easy it is to be bogged down with the many little things in life, but we guarantee you’ll love working with our team.
Trauma, Acute & Crisis Care
When it comes to Trauma, Acute & Crisis Care, EMP’s professionalism shines through every time with tailored responses and plans to each and every individual we support.
EMP execute this with a primary focus on safety, choice, empowerment, trustworthiness and collaboration.
Specialist Mental Health Support
The EMP team are very experienced within the field of Mental Health and understand the importance of protecting and promoting your mental well-being. Our primary focus is to support you to be able to achieve all your hopes and dreams with as few obstacles as possible.
If you need additional support, we can also work in partnership with carers, families and other health professionals, to develop and implement a recovery plan tailored to your specific goals.
